What is the dress code for the USBC National Conference?
The general attire for the 2025 USBC National Conference is business attire. However, we encourage all attendees to show up as their best and most authentic selves—comfort and confidence are key. Given the long days, tennis shoes are welcome for ease and mobility.

Please note, our evening experiences feature themed events with specific dress codes:

This casino night-themed celebration calls for your finest eveningwear—just don’t forget to add a splash of pink to honor our Sweet 16 anniversary in style.
Will there be ByBlack Bazaar vendor opportunities at the USBC National Conference?
Yes! We’re excited to bring back the ByBlack Bazaar at the 2025 USBC National Conference—a dynamic marketplace where attendees can shop and support Black-owned businesses offering unique products and services.

We invite business owners to apply to participate as a vendor. Each vendor will receive a 6-foot table and a booth space to showcase their brand, promote their offerings, and connect with a powerful network of fellow Black entrepreneurs and consumers.
